We aren’t the greatest marketers – but Elite Diesel Techs is a sister company to our other trucking brands including freight and shipping, trucking and transport, and drayage.  We offer emergency roadside assistance services on commercial vehicles from Class 2 through Class 8, including semi-trucks and trailers, box trucks, and more.

We are truckers ourselves – we started our roadside service because our fleet of heavy trucks have been stranded many times with a flat tire, dead battery, or empty gas tank.  You try to call a tractor trailer or semi truck roadside service – and it just rings or goes to voicemail. And that’s if you can locate a service specifically for us, truckers.  After calling a few companies – you give up and know you will need to get a tow and wait until the next business day. Waiting until the next business day to get emergency roadside service didn’t work for us and we felt that others probably felt the same way, too.  That’s why we branched out to 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to be available anytime for roadside assistance.  We also understand that scheduling preventative maintenance can be stressful with load hauling.  That’s why we also offer mobile services such as oil changes and other preventative maintenance services to keep you and your truckload on schedule.

Our team is made up of truckers, mechanics, and back-office staff. We are dedicated to providing quality service, consistent communication, and accessibility to our customers. Our founder has 20+ years of experience in the trucking industry and our senior mechanics have 20+ years of repair and maintenance on tractor trailers (vehicle classes 2 to 8) as diesel mechanics. Pricing for Emergency Roadside Assistance Services for Heavy Duty Trucks

We are a mobile emergency roadside assistance service that is there when you need us – anytime, day or night, 24/7.  Elite Diesel Techs offers affordable pricing for our emergency roadside assistance services. We charge an initial non-refundable deposit of $250 payable via credit card, com check (com data check), or electronic or EFS check. This deposit covers the service fee to come to your location (if outside of 60 miles, there is a charge for additional drive time). We will discuss any time-related costs before we dispatch a diesel mechanic to your location. For emergency roadside services completed on your semi-truck, we charge an hourly rate for our time, a diagnostic fee if we need to mechanically diagnose any issues, and any parts or materials costs associated with your repair. 

 

We sell batteries, most tires, up to 50 gallons of gas, and other emergency service-related products to help make sure you and your load get back on the road and back on schedule! Before our diesel mechanic performs any services, we will discuss what is needed and projected costs. Once you agree, we will collect any additional payment on site, which is secured and encrypted by our payment reader. We will send you a text or email receipt for your records and get started on the repair or service. There are cases where a truck or trailer needs major repair. We are not able to complete major repairs through our mobile emergency roadside service.  We will collect payment for our time and materials as agreed and can refer you to some local shops that do major repairs on heavy duty trucks.

Elite Diesel Techs offers routine or preventative mobile maintenance for fleets including oil changes, battery and fluid checks, battery and other electronic component check, tire tread measurement, brake system evaluations, belts and hose inspection, and more. Think of mobile fleet maintenance as giving your trucks a regular checkup. Imagine your trucks getting a spa day, right at your doorstep! That's what mobile fleet maintenance is all about. We'll give your trucks a thorough checkup, from oil changes to tire rotations and everything in between. This helps keep them running smoothly and prevents those unexpected breakdowns. Elite Diesel Techs can schedule maintenance based on how much you drive or how often you use your trucks. Some do it every 3,000 miles, while others might prefer a monthly or bi-monthly schedule. The best part? We will come to you! Scheduling maintenance at your location (or another convenient spot) saves you time and keeps your trucks working longer.
