Your deposit covers the service fee to come to your location (if more than 60 miles away, there is a charge for additional drive time). If you have any questions, on pricing or anything else - please reach out to us!  We are here to help!

Are you looking for roadside assistance for a personal auto?

We understand that everyone has roadside issues.  Our focus is truckers - we are not able to dispatch our mechanics to personal autos, but if we happen to be in the area of your personal auto breakdown and have time – we may be able to help.  It all depends on our availability and location.

  • Elite Diesel Techs offers 24 hour semi truck tire repair. A mobile tire repair or replacement is needed when a tire goes flat or blows out from road debris, nails, screws, road objects, and other materials along the roadway. We can repair tires under certain circumstances - repairs are limited to the front two steer tires on the cab and must be made in the tread area, not the sidewall. The puncture must be in the tread, be less than 3/8" diameter, and on the crown area. If we can't repair, we do sell new and recapped tires to make sure you get back on the road promptly and safely. If you have mobile tire repair needs, make sure to call the professionals - Elite Diesel Techs.

  • Elite Diesel Tech can replace and install a virgin rubber tire or recapped if we do not have your tire in stock. We carry many common brands and sizes, but don't have all of them in stock.  We can replace tires on semi trucks, semi-trailers, tractor trailers, 18 wheelers, and other heavy trucks. Semi-truck tires are a mix of natural and synthetic rubber, with a bit of extra magic like sulfur and zinc oxide thrown in. Rubber makes up most of the tire, and truck tires have more natural rubber than car tires because they carry heavier loads. Natural rubber is tougher and can handle more wear and tear. Virgin rubber refers to tires that have NOT been recapped or retreaded. They are made from fresh rubber and have a full tread depth. Think of tread patterns like different types of shoes. Ribbed patterns are like sneakers for long-haul trips, while block patterns are like hiking boots for rough terrain. Sipes are like tiny teeth that help grip icy roads. Semi-truck tires come in different sizes, usually between 19.5 and 24.5 inches. Always keep an eye on your tires for any damage or wear. Elite Diesel Techs can replace or recap tires for semi trucks, semi trailers, tractor trailers, box trucks, and other heavy trucks.

Think of steer tires as your truck's front-row stars. They're all about handling and keeping you on track. Their ribbed tread design helps them grip the road even in wet conditions. All-position tires are like versatile players – they can handle the front or back, but they're best suited for the front. Drive tires are your truck's workhorses. They're built for the back wheels and have deep tread patterns to give you maximum traction, no matter the terrain. At Elite Diesel Tech, we can help with tire repair and replacement for steer, all-position, and drive tires. We are trusted mobile mechanics and want to get your new tire installed and get you back on the road safely!

  • Think of tire retreading as giving a worn-out tire a makeover. We strip off the old tread and give it a fresh coat to make it good as new. The tire's carcass, the strong foundation underneath, stays the same. When a tire’s never been retreaded, it’s like a brand-new pair of shoes – fresh out of the box. We use virgin rubber for our own trucks, but if we don’t have the tire in stock, we can install recapped or retreaded tires. Elite Diesel Techs has the experience to handle all of your tire needs.

  • A stripped lug nut is like a worn-out screw. The edges get so smooth that your wrench can’t get a good grip. This can happen if you tighten it too much, use the wrong tool, or just from a lot of wear and tear. At Elite Diesel Techs, our mobile diesel mechanic can remove worn or stripped lug nuts. We utilize specialized tools to remove the damaged lug nuts. We can also perform any minor repairs during roadside assistance to get you back on the road quickly and safely!

  • Elite Diesel Techs is here to help with your truck's battery needs. We offer jump starts and battery replacement - we sell many major brands to meet our truckers' needs.  We are mobile mechanics with many years of experience - we understand how important a battery is in running your truck at optimal performance. Heavy duty trucks usually have 2 to 4 batteries. The voltage of your semi-truck batteries depends on what kind of battery it is and other factors. Most lead acid batteries are 12 volts, while AGM batteries are usually 14.4 volts. Deep cycle batteries can go from 4 to 100 volts, but most are 4 volts. If your battery voltage is too low, you'll have trouble with your lights and other stuff, and you might even lose engine power. So, the first thing to do is get a new battery or jump-start it. Elite Diesel Techs can help with both.  We will also check your alternator to make sure it's charging the battery properly. If it's reading over 13 volts, your alternator is working fine. Alternators turn engine power into electricity for things like lights and charging the battery. Our diesel mechanics have many years of experience servicing semi-trucks, semi-trailers, and other heavy duty trucks and machinery. We can remove and replace failed batteries. We start by removing the battery, disconnecting cables, removing brackets, and then installing a fresh battery, cleaning terminals as needed, and reattaching brackets and cables. Once we have installed the battery, we will test it to make sure it is operating correctly. We offer several brands of batteries for our truckers. Elite Diesel Techs understand batteries and engines so we will make sure your battery has the right cold cranking amps, reserve capacity, and impact to total truck weight.

  • Jump-starting a semi-truck is like giving it a jump start. You use another truck or power source to power up its dead battery so it can come back to life. Diesel trucks have powerful engines that need more juice to get going than a regular gasoline truck. At Elite Diesel Techs we offer emergency roadside services to jump start and replace or install a replacement battery to get you back on the road!

  • Our mobile emergency roadside trucks are equipped with gas tanks. Elite Diesel Techs offers fuel delivery for 25 to 50 gallons of fuel to get you to the nearest gas station. Keep in mind that when diesel tanks run out of fuel – the air coming in can cause damage to your injectors, fuel pumps, or loss of power. If you run low or run out of gas in your semi-truck, don’t panic! We can bring you fuel. First, turn on your hazards, find a safe spot to pull over, and set the parking brake. Then, give us a call.  Elite Diesel Techs is here to help.

  • If a semi is stranded or broken down, Elite Diesel Techs can come to you and run a breakdown diagnostic to determine the cause and complete any minor repairs needed.  If major repairs are needed and you aren’t familiar with the area, we can give you the names of companies around here that can help you with major repairs. Call us anytime – we will be open.  We are truckers and know how frustrating it is to be stranded – we are an emergency roadside company that will answer your call. No more waiting until the next business day!

A breakdown diagnostic for a semi-truck is like a detective's investigation. It's a deep dive into your truck's systems to uncover any apparent or hidden problems. Just as a detective meticulously examines a crime scene to uncover clues, a diagnostic technician thoroughly inspects your truck to identify the root cause of any problems. There are different types of diagnostics for your semi truck including engine, transmission, fueling systems, electrical systems, brake systems, suspension, and more. Engine diagnostics can uncover problems like misfires, fuel injection issues, and compression problems. Transmission diagnostics can spot gear, clutch, and other component issues. Fueling system diagnostics can detect problems with fuel pumps, injectors, and filters. Electrical system diagnostics can identify problems with batteries, alternators, starters, and wiring. Brake system diagnostics can pinpoint issues with brake pads, calipers, and lines. And suspension diagnostics can detect problems with shocks, struts, and other components. If you are broken down, Elite Diesel Techs can help by running diagnostics.  Experience the Elite Difference!
